Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping

We currently only ship within EU from our Berlin Mitte Studio. All First Edition pre-orders include complimentary EU shipping as a privilege of becoming an Audéra Muse.

Please note: The First Edition is currently being cast in our foundry. All pre-orders are scheduled for dispatch by mid-June. (View full Shipping Policy for standard rates and post-launch delivery times).

Returns & Exchanges
