Delivery Within the EU
We believe every piece of jewelry should arrive as beautifully as it was crafted. Each order is meticulously hand-packed in our Berlin Mitte studio to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union with DHL. As a courtesy for our inaugural release, we are extending complimentary shipping on all EU orders—with no minimum spend required.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we ship exclusively within the EU, you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden costs, no surprises.
All applicable VAT is included in the product prices displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our studio, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your jewellery's journey to you. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature gift packaging — a keepsake box with a soft protective pouch, perfect for storing your jewellery when not worn or for gifting to someone special.
