Delivery Within the EU
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union, making your shopping experience seamless and transparent.
The First Edition (Pre-Orders)
As a privilege of becoming an Audéra Muse, all First Edition pre-orders automatically receive complimentary shipping across the EU. Because these pieces are handcrafted in a strictly limited batch, please anticipate a Mid-June delivery. You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves our Berlin studio.
Standard Delivery Rates (Post-Launch)
We ship with DHL. For all standard, in-stock items purchased outside of the First Edition pre-order window, the following rates apply:
Germany
Free Standard Delivery on all orders over €150
Standard Delivery €4,95 on orders under €150
Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
Austria
Free Standard Delivery on all orders over €150
Standard Delivery €6,95 on orders under €150
Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
Rest of EU
Standard Delivery: €8,95
Free Delivery on orders over €200
Delivery Time: 5-10 working days
Important Note: For in-stock items only, orders placed before 11am (CET) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. This does not apply to First Edition pre-orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we ship exclusively within the EU, you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden costs, no surprises.
All applicable VAT is included in the product prices displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our studio, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your jewellery's journey to you. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature gift packaging—a keepsake box with a soft protective pouch, perfect for storing your jewellery when not worn or for gifting to someone special.
